He was a 2nd team All American in 2000 and was a 3 time member of the Sunbelt All Conference team. Andy posted a 29-16 record in 4 seasons at ULL. Andy was signed to a professional baseball contract. The Baton Rouge River Bats acquired Andy in a trade during the 2003 season.
